Returns
We offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a return within 3 days.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@domexa.store with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Product photos or videos (for proof)
  • Reason for return

Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
  • Items damaged due to misuse will not be eligible

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, you will be asked to share your bank details for refund

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or usage reasons (if applicable).
